fashiongal5 I am so sorry to hear that you aren't happy with your Silpada ring. I did clean it with silver cleaner before I sent it to you and did not notice that it damaged the pearl. I am sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. If you see another ring in my closet that you like I will be happy to send that to you and you you may keep both rings.

jacksonhouse @fashiongal5 you are so sweet but there is no need for you to absorb such costs. I will be happy with a refund & if you don't want to absorb the shipping cost of my returning the ring, I will keep it. It's up to you, but I don't want you to have to send me another ring and lose that $ too.

fashiongal5 @jacksonhouse I am pretty new to Poshmark and have had great reviews up to this point. I take great pride in only selling top quality products and I feel bad that this has happened. I guess I am a little bit of a perfectionist. I would be happy to mail you another ring at my expense to make this situation OK in your mind. If you would rather have a refund that is OK also. I just want to make sure you are satisfied with the outcome. Thanks!

jacksonhouse @fashiongal5 I'm not completely sure myself, I would send an email to poshmark support. I haven't been doing poshmark that long either and have never had to issue a refund; but did have to request one before on a very stinky purse that I purchased.

No action pending from your end further on this order. Kindly request the buyer to reach out to us so we are able to assist them further. Since you have already "accepted" the order I will just live with the 1 star. I am not sure how you would change it anyway. Thanks for trying to help!

jacksonhouse @fashiongal5 this buyer has reached out to support@poshmark twice with NO response. I sent them a message thru support the day I got the delivered notice (Thursday) when I was on vacation and told them that I would not be home until Sunday (which was within the 3day window) to receive and inspect the package. You admitted that you used silver cleaner on the pearl and offered to refund and even send another piece of jewelry which I declined to prevent further cost to you.
