dpkbm5 Jaclyn, you purchased the 2 mugs from me. I am sorry the brown mug arrived damaged. I tried to pack it well and used both newspaper and bubble wrap for extra protection. I have not experienced a situation like this. Do we need to contact Poshmark to inquire what the process is when merchandise is damaged in transit?
