I asked her about it and she looked it up and said she had 2 customers that day that their packages have not scanned In. She told me that happens sometimes. I hope you receive it today or tomorrow or at least that it will show scanned in soon! 🤗 I just wanted to touch base with you and let you know that I have checked on it. Thank you, Summer

summervonholten Hi there, have you happen to receive your order yet?? I called the post office regarding your order and it is still showing not scanned in. The manager told me that is is not lost that they are short handed on employees and that things are not getting scanned in when they are suppose to. I am waiting till the 7 th and if you haven't received it I have to put a claim in for the package. Thank you, Summer

summervonholten This is not typical. I have never had this occur with mailing an item before. I guess with this virus going on everything is delayed?? I mailed another order far se day with yours and they received it in 2 days. I will wait a few more days I guess. I apologize for this.

summervonholten Hi, 🤗 I contacted Posh to let them know I spoke with the postal office regarding the order and that she said it probably wasn't scanned in and that I should not worry it's not lost. Posh marked the order as shipped. They want me to contact them back if you don't receive it by the 7th. I hope it makes it to you. I know everyone is short handed because of the virus but I've never had this happen. Most people receive their orders in 2 or 3 days.
