abbyc19709 @moonytoonez I am so sorry. I never would have sold something in that condition. The back of those watches are difficult to snap back on. I wrap a towel around the front and back and then use pliers to snap it back on. I truly am sorry. If you ever decide to purchase something again, I will give you a good deal. I'm not sure how else I can make it right.
