I really tried to capture the condition in the photos and my opinion is definitely subjective. I don’t smoke cigarettes but I understand that some people’s sense of smell is more acute than others. @alvaraja the PM customer service team controls the “Purse strings”. Unlike p@yp@l, there’s no simple way to initiate refunds or handle exchanges, credits or returns. I’ve been a seller for approx 5 yrs and the platform is very different than many others with less control offered to sellers/buyers in handling these types of issues. That being said, I am sure there is something that can be worked out. I will respond ASAP.
