kellygreen46_ This is the most annoying process I have EVER dealt with. I emailed you last week and asked you to cancel an item tht I made an offer on. I didn’t know tht making an offer was purchasing. I assumed you were going to get back to me to let me know you agreed on the offer. I wasn’t trying to purchase them. I did notify my bank and explained to them what happened. I haven’t received any sneakers, so I’m assuming you’re in the process of refunding my money. I’ll give it another week.

pinkrose52 Dear greytfulgoods posher: I received the brown red wing shoes (size 8B). Your note was welcomed. They looked and felt great when I put them on. Then I walked about 30ft to my kitchen, and as I was leaving there, the soles began to split away from the upper shoe. Too old to wear? Where can I post photos? I expect a refund of my money. I will return these useless shoes to you. I'm very disappointed. I reported this to Poshmark.

greytfulgoods @pinkrose52 I’m sorry to hear this. When packaging the shoes, they appeared in fine shape. The normal process is the buyer needs to open a case with Poshmark and provide them photos of the damaged shoes. Again, I am sorry this has happened.
