lulunana hello, I believe we made a mixup with our shipping labels and I truly apologize. we accidentally mailed you the wrong item, please open a case when the item arrives and so we can mail you the item you purchased. Once again, I am truly sorry for any inconveniences this may cause you.

jacquestratch @lulunana Ok as soon as it arrives I’ll look at it and see if it’s the wrong thing. You should of sent me a pair of Kuhl Pants. Not sure what you sent but I’ll look and see.

jacquestratch @lulunana As soon as I receive it I will ship it back. I am willing to ship it to the correct buyer as per the instructions from Poshmark. The person that received my order can just ship it back to you as my order will arrive to late for what I need them for. Hopefully you’ll understand.

jacquestratch @lulunana When will I receive my item, I paid for something and have nothing to show for it? I was nice enough to waste my time a resources to fix your mistake to your other buyer, and have not even received a response as to when I will be refunded or rectangles item I no longer need at this point. I am very disappointed as it seems as though as soon as you’ve gotten what you needed then I don’t hear anything from you.

lulunana @jacquestratch ma'am, I have a full-time job. When I get home from work it's time to start dinner, start laundry, walk the dog and etc . excuse me for not responding at a timeframe that works for you. As I mentioned previously, I apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused you. When you receive the package please open a case with Poshmark stating that you received the wrong item- they will send you a shipping label for you to mail the item back to me.

lulunana Once I receive the item, I will let Poshmark know you no longer want the pants and then they will release the refund funds to you.

jacquestratch @lulunana okay thank you, I’m sorry not trying to be a jerk it’s just that I ordered on 1/5/22. I felt that I went out of my way literally dropped everything to make sure that I got the label reprinted out when it arrived today and to the post office before it closed to get it back out today is all, and I just wanted to know that I would also be treated the same in return.
