Hi! I just wanted to let you know that I shipped your package the morning after you ordered from me. I see they just started tracking it! I'm so sorry about that!! We have been having real problems with our USPS. I'm going to try a new one.
I'm on vacation now, but I do think I have the receipt at home showing when I dropped it off...

Me again. I don't have the receipt, but I took it to the post office on the 9th and left for vacation on the 10th. I just got home today, so I couldn't have shipped it on the 20th...yesterday...
