cdcraig002 Hi, I'm just following up on your review. You mentioned I could improve on ship time however, I shipped within 15 mins of your purchase. I actually already left for work and turned around to ensure they went out the same day when your order came in. Possibly a problem at the post office with all that's going on? Packaging? Responsiveness? Sorry for all the questions, I never received a score under 5 so just curious as to what happened to ensure it doesn't again? I take my ratings personal.
