faith_and_love @galanlindat69 if someone is sending you something broken you should be filing a claim with Poshmark support! I honestly don’t see how a member of this community would sell items that were of that quality! Poshmark sellers take great pride in their sales. This is an online community so email correspondence is appropriate, not sure why you are opposed to it.
