lgbridgham Hello Jacqueline. You purchased Athleta leggings from me two days ago. I was out of town and asked my husband to ship them for me and he accidentally sent you Under Armour bike shorts. I have contacted Poshmark and told them the wrong item was sent. They should be reaching out to you about the issue. I do have the Athleta leggings at my home and can send them out if you still want them. My sincerest apologies for your inconvenience.

lgbridgham @jmassey926 You need to go to your Purchases and report that seller shipped wrong item. Their policy is “If the buyer is sent the wrong item they can report their problem to us within 3 days of delivery” Then they’ll email you a free postage label to return the wrong item and email me another postage label so that I can send you the correct item. I’m so sorry about this. I’ve reported it on my end but you have to also report it on your end. Hopefully we can resolve it quickly. Thank you

lgbridgham @jmassey926 Rec’d email from Poshmark about refunding your money & sending label to return wrong item back. They didnt address sending correct item. Sent email stating “I would like to send out the correct item asap. Buyer doesn’t want a refund . She wants the correct item. Can we just do this by sending me a shipping label for her correct item and sending her a shipping label to return the wrong item? No refunds would be needed.” Waiting to hear back. Thanks for your patience.

lgbridgham @jmassey926 Hello again. Poshmark said that they will refund you for the first purchase. They also said I have to relist them and you have to repurchase them. I will list them and if you offer me$25 I will accept since you have been so patient. Again I’m so sorry.
