(although very unexpected, dont believe everything you are watching) we have definetly PTSD because of the hurricane, plus people have not followed construction codes and its a social/economical mess!! All activities are happening in the south of the island, i l live in the north. In the State Capital, San Juan. We are good.

This was definetly unexpected, we are used tonhurricanes, not earthquakes, but we all understand that the Island is in top of a very unpredictable tectonic plate. Its just have been a rough couple pf years for the Island...

But since you brought it up., your description was not accurate and therefore i would question all your descriptions, before purchasing from you. Not all people are bad, not sll people want to hurt others… lesson learned: Allways give the other person, the benefit of the doubt.

They repky with different info… i questioned if they really had it, since i have an email saying they have not received it.. it has been very frustrating!!!! Its a lot if money, i have asked them if they cant authenticate it to please return. Its been over a month. I trully believe its stck somewhere in the USPS….

It shows that it got delivered and is being reviewed by them, and when I emailed them they told me it’s just taking a little bit longer, but this is ridiculous! I really don’t mind them returning it back to me either. Now that I know you have emailed them a couple of times, I will email them again in the morning!

I just checked and it says they received it 22nd of December, I think maybe because of the holidays and covid ( they may be short on staff), but either way they should definitely have sent us emails and keep us updated as too what’s going on.

And when I sent them the email last week asking what’s going on, they said still in process and will just take a little bit longer. But if they can’t authenticate just refund back your money and give back my hand fan. This is so frustrating
