cassy_86 @jmeza723 Good morning, I realized that I haven't gotten a shipping notification for your package that was dropped off on Sunday, so I am going to reach out to the post office location to see if they can give me any information on the status. I will let you know what I find out.

cassy_86 Good afternoon, I wanted to update you to let you know that I continue to reach out to the post office but it's been difficult to speak to a person as everything is automated right now. I have also reached out to Poshmark and they said that shipping has been taking a little bit longer than normal; I will continue to keep you updated once I have more information. I apologize for any inconvenience this is causing.

cassy_86 @jmeza723, when I reached out to Poshmark on April 22, they told me that they would mark it as shipped & contact them if the shipping info didn't update by today. I tried to contact the post office but had no success as the phone numbers all lead to an automated system and I wasn't given an option to speak to a live person. I have reached out to Poshmark again today so hopefully they will be able to provide some assistance on what to do, as soon as I hear back I will let you know. Sorry :(

cassy_86 Good afternoon, I just heard back from Poshmark Support and they said that since the purchase didn't track they are going to treat it as a lost package, so you should see a refund of your purchase on your end. Again I apologize for the inconvenience but I appreciate your understanding and patience, be safe and well.
