newyear366 Go to the bar either at the top or bottom of your phone. It varies on different phones. ( Feed, shop, sell, news then your @mail). Click on your email go to (My Balance). The option (redeemable is where your money is posted). Click on that it will give you an option for check or direct deposit. Choose which one you would prefer. I use the direct deposit option. Your first deposit will normally take maybe 5-7 days. After that it normally takes them 2-3 days!!! Let me know if this helps!!! J

I do know that here the last couple of months Poshmark support response has been slow. Don’t know if it has anything to do with this virus going on!!! Keep me posted!!!

newyear366 @mindbodynsoul34 I’m locked down because age/underline health issues!!! Trying to setup a care package for my 3 granddaughters with underlined health issues!!! One just had surgery in March!!! She works in retail and will be starting back here shortly. The other one works in a daycare that never closed down. Both are students at UTASA. My baby girl 14. I can’t find any here in Waco!!! If u have 3 sets I would love to purchase them today if you would set me up a bundle for the 3. 🙏

wsemyck417 sadly the glass bowl I ordered from @newyear366 is in a million bits. :( I purchased it to replace the gift I had received when we were married in 1994. Our oldest son broke it. I say I am sad is an understatement. I have photos and video. I have yet to actually open it all the way as I could see/hear right away that it was not in one piece. So, whatever I need todo to get a refund please let me know. TY

newyear366 @wsemyck417 I’ve heard back from Poshmark. Please go to your order item where u are too accept purchase. It should be link for u to click decline or problem with order. Fill out the info required and submit your request. You will then be contacted directly from them on instructions on what u will need to be reimbursed.

At least when I am selling on Amazon and Etsy there is a way to discuss things privately. This just feels odd discussing something private in an open space.

I don’t receive any funds of buyers until the purchase is accepted period!!! I’ll keep u posted as too when I hear from them!!! Thank u for visiting my closet and you purchase. I regret that the post office didn’t take care of box the was marked fragile!!! J

newyear366 That bowl was a piece of my Nana’s (Grandmother’s) collection that I put up for sale because my daughter didn’t want it. I retired in 2015 from the VA and I’m in the process of downloading items that I’m not going too be using or my daughter wants!!! When I received your message, I was 💔!!!

wsemyck417 @newyear366 I did as they requested before they sent the email to me. The purchase is no longer listed on my page in "purchase history". I have reached out to them several times because of this. They keep telling me to do the same thing. Which I can't because my purchase history is completely blank. Which is (I'm assuming) because I already completed things as they wanted me to? So, I went to my CC company and took care of it from that angle as I don't trust 'they' will do it.
