harrach I received a message that states, "Although, we contacted the seller about this order, they have not responded. Since it has been over 7 days since your purchase, you now have the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund." So I don't understand how you could say the vase was shipped yesterday or the day before. Especially, when the day before was Sunday. Please advise with proof of shipment.

harrach In the 12+ days of having to deal with you or having any hope of receiving my purchase has been s a complete waste of time. Offering excellent customer service is FREE. The next time you have a personal emergency, reach out to your buyers and let them know instead of having that buyer waste their time with trying to get a response. Be responsible. Not rude.
