mb_styleloft Hey just wondering why you left a two star rating? Was there something wrong with the skirt ? We looked it over before we packed it? The skirt was never even worn? I’m a bit confused how a never worn skirt could have a rating such as I received. If the skirt has issues please let me know as I’m a bit confused... thanks

jaqjoan @mb_styleloft Hi- the packing and everything was great, and the skirt if gorgeous, I was definitely disappointed that the lining was a body on mini, since I was expecting it just to be a fully-lined skirt, and it’s minor but the hook and eye at the waist was gone on one side and nearly gone on the other.

jaqjoan 2/2 Zero is also no problem but the 0 petite only made a difference because the mini is super short. The outer layer is as pretty as I was expecting but the lining caught me off guard. I am happy to change the rating a bit, I was associating it more with the skirt itself at the time.

mb_styleloft @jaqjoan I am more than happy to have you ship the skirt back honey if it’s not what you wanted. I also did not know you were looking for a fully lined skirt. I’ve sold a couple of these and no one has mentioned anything before about the short lining. Like I mentioned I have no issue if You prefer to send it back as I would rather have it returned then have a 2 star rating and an unhappy customer 💝please let me know how you wold like to proceed. mb_styleloft @jaqjoan I just saw you now Gabe the skirt 1 star review? How is it that you now lowered the rating? I just saw that you want to ship the skirt back?.. if you want to ship it back then ship it and I’ll return the money. I have been more than responsive and tried reaching out multiple times before I even shipped the skirt. The discription in the skirt didn’t say anything about it being lined and just because you wanted a skirt with a long lining I’m not sure how that is my fault

jaqjoan @mb_styleloft I had messaged you about returning it after you offered and then heard nothing back. The option is not there for me through Poshmark since I waited thinking I should go through you for it. I am happy to ship it back since it won’t work as-is. Is it best if I put in a support request through Poshmark or is there another way that’s better?
