Hey! I’m sorry that the jacket didn’t make you too happy! Honestly though there was zero signs of wear when I sent it to you! It had been kept, from the time I received it as a gift, in an airtight zipped bag! I have absolutely no clue how there would be any knicks on the collar... would you mind posting some photos so that I can see what you’re referring to?? And the odd smell could not be foul, as it came straight from their factory, into my possession and then onto air tight storage.

This really upsets me actually, as I’ve never gotten under 5 stars and this jacket was cared for as if my life depended on it. I swear on everything I care about in my life, even on my son, that I did NOT package this item, then shipped it with any damage! Please let me make this right because even though I KNOW that it was not packaged in any way shape or form in any less than perfect condition, I still feel like I need to make you happy!
