staciestrausser I have been reaching out to you about the frog brooch that you agreed, is missing stones that you did not disclose. To replace the missing stones costs me $9.95 for the stones and I can do the work. But I need to be compensated for that. I’d like you to respond please?

jacquelinebumga @staciestrausser I am not sure how to get that done. I did not realize there were any stones missing on the frog or I could have fixed it. What do you suggest? I do not think the price can be adjusted after the fact like that.

jacquelinebumga @staciestrausser I did not make 9.95 on this piece. This piece went from 19.00 to 14.00, which meant I made 9.55 I believe it was. I will split the 10.00 and do 5.00 or I will have to have it sent back. I don't know how to send money back and Poshmark has not sent a reply on that. If that is ok I will send in mail.
