neenee101 @jackyyest96 hi my items still says pending today is the third day. I was hoping to have this already and I really don't want to cancel my order. Would be great if you can help me out and please tell me what is going on with this. Poshmark notified me and told me you confirmed you would be shipping but on my end still not shipped. jackyyest96 @neenee101 you can contact poshmark support, the item has been lost i went to the post office said it was never scanned and they cannot find it i shipped out and also 6 other packages. i already alerted poshmark but they dont respond. I don’t know how you want me to fix this situation if i dont have the package anymore I’ve already emailed poshmark 3 times yesterday and no response

neenee101 @jackyyest96 okay i will cancel my order . it really sucks these were extremely cute. Im a very patient person and I understand things happen its very important to keep your buyers updated. If I didn't ask you i would not have known the package was now lost. Definitely sucks but things happen and its all good. Thanks again!

jackyyest96 @neenee101 i would have informed you because usually my post office can take up to two days to scan and it had only been there one day. I’ve had this happen to me before package and poshmark did refund the person who bought it so you can ask for a refund im sorry it didn’t work out.

neenee101 @jackyyest96 yes it sucks but things happen no need to stress things that are out of our control. I'm sorry If I came off as being rude. I'm just frustrated as I'm sure you are too. Like i said though somethings we just can't control. I hope your items are found and returned. If they are found please let me know and I will purchase again I really like these.
