Hi if you are unhappy with the item, I’ll gladly refund you the purchase price, i believe description was accurate.. I’m sorry you didn’t like them. It’s my goal to give good service w great products.I want to make as much money possible to continue donating ALL the funds to St Jude’s Children’s Hospital as I have always done. I’m 70 and have Lupus, so this is more than a hobby. It gives me a purpose. Please let my know how to improve. I’ll be thankful for that.

@vytle same thing happened to me!! I made a very accurate description and she still gave me a low rating. Spoke with other poshers and this seems to be a pattern.... we work hard to have good ratings so it’s not very nice for them to be ruined :(

@vytle your product you sent was dirty and stained in more places than described. At the end of the day I lost out on a Christmas gift given. You were paid with no worries. Unfortunately when bad product is given it must be shared truthfully

@allisonh1999 the kids jacket you sent to me dirty inside and out and stained in more places than describe. You were paid I accepted the delivery understanding if I didn’t after 72 hours postmark would release the funds. I will never give great ratings when they are not deserved and for surly will I not discuss my experience with other buyers. It is plenty of other quality items fir sale that will be the direction I move in. Thanks fir the experience of knowing what not to do

Oh wow I’m going to definitely be waiting for a confirmation on the size and condition of the bracelet before I ship it out to you, I will definitely have to see it in the comments and I will definitely give you the benefit of the doubt but ratings speak where I sell and I don’t want you to end up unhappy with my merchandise and I don’t want you to receive the wrong length of bracelet either.

@jboyd05 I have no problem with refunding you but I would like to educate you as well maybe go look at a YouTube channel and watch how they measure their wrists on there I have pretty tiny wrist to myself yeah I wear one of the larger bracelets because of the amount of charms I have on it.

I’m shipping it out today so I would really appreciate answer if you plan on not accepting it or something else that I would really rather not deal with and I don’t have a problem with that at all average Pandora bracelet size is what you ordered and the more charms you have to put on it the more space is taken up, so I hope that you looked at the information I tried to get to you and I hope to hear back before 4:00
