seaglassjax Hi Jackie! So I looked everywhere for a strap that would work and I can’t find one in the right color. I could have one sent to you, I just can’t spend too much since I’m already not turning a profit. Are you super particular in color and material for the strap? Or just a new one that will match? seaglassjax @nicejackie you got the purse for the strap? Well I was trying to work with you and figure something out. I understand you’re upset, but I spent probably a total of two hours trying to find a strap for you that was nice yet within my budget. That purse has many colors in it and just about any white or yellow strap will work fine with it.

seaglassjax @nicejackie that was rather rude for you to give me one star. I gave you a very good deal on that bag, and the fact I spent a lot of time looking for a strap for someone so rude and dismissive is sad. I tried to find resolution for you, and if you weren’t satisfied you should just contacted Poshmark and inquired about a refund and shipped it back. Because you don’t address anything for days and then bam! And it’s never progressive or helps in resolving your issue. I tried.
