I still have nothing from poshmark. I'm sorry this is taking so long. Also...there is a hole inside the pocket of the purse. I didn't see that in the description. ...the size of coins to fall into the inside of the purse.

@smphenix I'm really not sure. I'll send an email to them and see if I can find anything out. There really is nothing I can do, everything is done through them. I have never heard of them not getting back to anyone.

@jjhaas32 I got an email from them FINALLY that said they will get back with me. They told me it is because I have sent them multiple emails. I told them because their policy and emails they sent me says 48 hours not 4-5 days!!! Again thank you for your help and I'm sorry this is taking so long!

@jjhaas32 they aren't responding to me at all. I don't know...I guess I will keep the bag. I don't sew but I will try to get the small hole inside the pocket fixed and try to sell it. This is the worst customer service I have dealt with! !!! Thanks for trying!

@smphenix I'm so sorry this happened to you. They are usually pretty good about getting back to people. I'm really sorry I was no help, there is really nothing I can do, everything goes through Poshmark. If you are not happy with the bag, I would definitely try to sell it. It's a great bag! There are other sites too that you can sell on, if you are not happy with Poshmark! Sorry again!
