Hi. I saw your rating comment on the Natasha palette which I am SO sorry this happened. I wrapped it in a ton of bubble wrap to make sure it would arrive safe to you. Unfortunately I don’t have control in the way USPS handles their packages. I don’t think I was rated fairly but I do understand your frustration.
