jojo_bug I am super sad about the lack of communication on your part. I get it if you are busy... life happens. I am willing to wait for item but if I do not get a response I will have no choice but to request a refund and file a complaint. I have been looking everywhere for this cutch and was so happy to find it here.

I was just upset because I was SO excited to find this bag. I found it on 2 different sites but the bag was damaged and a lot of the gems were missing.
