jaq7801 @mdbrodney hi. I have a question about shipping a packaage over 10 pounds. I already upgraded the label and when I brought it to UPS they weighed it and it was 13 pounds. There is not any option for anything over 10 pounds and the money was already deducted from my sale. UPS said to bring it to the post office and have a new label printed and pay for it there or can I use the label from poshmark and hope they bill me the difference? Please help. Need to send tomorrow. Thank you!! 😀

mdbrodney @jaq7801 hi Jacqui, I’m so sorry this has happened to you. I haven’t ever had to deal with anything over weight....so looking up the question I found the following information.
