jada_bugg @lesann03 I did receive them, but I never received anything from Postmark saying that I needed to mark it as received or anything. I had to return a shirt 2 weeks ago, but I was never charged for the shirt. I'm so sorry for all of this. I still have the size 9 if you are interested...

lesann03 @jada_bugg the message states to me that upon receipt of delivery a refund will be issued to me. Shows in the system that you have not clicked received. I wouldn’t be interested in purchasing until this has been refunded.

jada_bugg I have checked several times and there is nowhere for me to click that I have received the shoes. I will reach out to Postmark and see if they can fix it.

jada_bugg @lesann03 I reached out to Postmark and told them the situation. The following is what the emailed back to me...Thank you for your email. Our system tracks the return and automatically refunds the buyer 24 hours after the item is delivered back to the seller. No further action is required on your behalf. I explained to them that I had received the shoes, but there was nothing for me to confirm that I had received them. Please reach out to them if you haven't received your money back.
