Good morning.
So while packing up your fitbit you purchased from me I hooked it on the side of my counter and it pulled the band from the fitbit which means you would need to replace the band. I have some pics for you posted. If you want a refund we can do that. Sorry for the inconvenience. Let me know what you would like to do.
