s1405943 @jadegkay hi, I just wanted to let you know that I contacted poshmark this morning about 4 hours ago to figure out why the package isn’t tracking. I dropped it off at the post office Wednesday morning so you should hopefully be getting the shoes by tomorrow afternoon! ❤️

jadegkay @s1405943 hey! It didn’t arrive yesterday and I checked the tracking and it still says it’s in pre-shipment and that only the label was created.

s1405943 @jadegkay I will go check it out with the post office first thing in the morning. I let poshmark know that it hasn’t started tracking on Friday and they said they won’t do anything about it until the 30th. so hopefully the post office can be a little more helpful & figure out what is going on. I’m really sorry this is happening, I’ve never had this issue before and have sold a lot on here so will try to get it resolved ASAP.

s1405943 @jadegkay the post office wasn’t honestly very helpful but they did help me file a missing mail request. The search ID is 7518985. I requested that if they find the package it be mailed to you but if you want to cancel the purchase on here once the 7 days is up I understand! Either way if the shoes are found I will have them sent to you, free as a gift. Hoping they are found. 🤞🏼🖤
