@alexchanel1212 Thank you for the assurance...Sounds good, yes, I have completed my due diligence in reading reviews and looking at your Posh activity as well...we have spoken previously about the same item a few months ago too. While having a warranty is good, the run around MCM gives you is not worth the headache at all. Do you still have the receipt? If so, that would be beneficial but if not, no biggie, I have a guy who repairs Designer items. Whatβs the bottom line price?

@kurlsnkale they can always probably look it up with the barcode or the serial code or something or you can just take it to MCM store if you want to do to verify but it is 100% authentic! Itβs actually a limited addition back and I believe from what I was told I got the last one in the East Coast so I thought that was pretty cool!

@alexchanel1212 Oh no, I know itβs authentic...I was just expressing to have items repaired through them itβs a hassle even with the authentication card and tags. I have had 2 bags Iβve tried to repair through them from a Nordstromβs and I just ended up paying a local repair guy to fix. Iβll touch base with you...let me meditate on it. @kurlsnkale iβll look around to see if I still have the receipt it might even be in the dust bag I will take a quick look if not I can give you the information from the store I bought it from and they will definitely have the bag in her system Iβm really good with one of the employees are actually two of them and they know me so I can have them give me possibly email me another receipt or something and go from there if thatβs also something so you can have that for repair

@kurlsnkale also I just about a month ago I had them repaired the straps on it so the straps are brand new everything they repainted it retouched everything the only issue is just a few scratches on the gold bunny and that is it everything else is in great condition

@kurlsnkale Yes the straps got fixed and it wasnβt even a much is she with it to begin with it was just a little bit of peeling at the top but they went and replaced it painted it did all that so just the issue is the minor scratches on the bunny ears but the crystals the inside everything outside is intact the few scratches on the bunny years is normal just you to use but that is also included in the warranty so just let me know thank youβ€οΈ
