annalbritton Good morning! I wanted to reach out reference your purchase. the tracking still hasn't started. i took the package to the post office within 24 hours of purchase. its been a few days. i wanted to assure you that I got it out immediately. i will check with the post office. thank you so much for your patience.

annalbritton Good afternoon! i have checked with my local post office and gave them the tracking number, they show it scanned and label created on July 21st but no further tracking. They asked that i give it a few more days and follow up again. i mailed it out immediately. this is the first time anything like this has happened. i am really sorry. i hope it starts tracking soon. i will keep you informed. thank you!

annalbritton Good morning! i wanted to reach out and let you know i contacted the post office again. they are not considering this package lost just yet. i was told to give it a few more days and the gentleman gave me his name to reach back to him. ive never had this happen. i truly apologize!

annalbritton @jjacobson137 Good afternoon! i hope you had a great week! i have contacted the post office twice this week. They supposedly did a full search of the post office where i took it. I was told that there is a possibility than even though there was a 3-day priority label on the box, that perhaps it somehow got mixed in with book rate items because of the size of the box. i am hoping it still shows up. I just wanted to check to see by chance if the package ever showed up. the post office hasnt helped except to say it may be book rate but it shouldn't take that long. the only other suggestion was to submit a claim. im so sorry this happened. i don't know how you lose a box that size. thanks for your understanding.
