Hi Jaime. You purchased a pair of pinstriped dress pants from me recently. I'm sorry you're not happy with them. I had no idea there was a problem with the zipper. I'd be happy to give you a refund if you want to return them. I'm not sure how Poshmark handles returns/refunds, but I can find out. Again, I do apologize.
