nariluxversace Dear Jaime, Whenever I sell expensive boots or shoes I take them to the cobbler to have them reconditioned/cleaned. I did this with the Sorels. Usually the turnaround time is only a few days. I wasn’t able to get them until yesterday-the manager called to tell me that their cleaner damaged them irreparably. I know how it is to look forward to getting cute boots. If you see anything else that you like I’m happy to give a discount of some kind. My sincerest apologies again, Audrey

The shop is probably not going to reimburse for the total value & I need the $ :( I looked around today and saw some other Poshers selling the same boots.
