Good evening Jaime, I just noticed your post about the packaging being opened and I wanted to confirm that it didn't leave me that way. I make sure I tape the label over the seal that the box provide which is across the top and sides plus I put extra bubble wrap around the necklace and added paper padding in the box.

The box utilized is a USPS box and I have shipped hundreds of pieces in that box with no issues in the pass. Not sure who is handling the mail but you are a first for this issue.

@ulandag it was the sides of the box that was open not the top. Both end sides were not sealed. There was no tape or sealant to the small sides of it & the box was smashed thin. The content was still inside wrapped securely but I would suggest taping all sides & not depending on the box sealant. As the adhesive can loosen with the shipments handling.

@ulandag yes I order from here all the time & this was the first I’ve seen it like this. I’m just glad the content didn’t roll out of the end sides. I think your thick nice inside packaging held it in place from sliding.
