jessh716 Hey so I’m not sure if the haggling and bidding down thing is just for fun on Poshmark because I try to set my clothes at a low cost to avoid back and forth, but for you to counter offer the difference of 60 cents on my top (that is already brand new and a great discount) is just a bit silly and a waste of time.. thanks

sippisourous @jessh716 Umm, not sure about the math or the offense. It was more the shipping cost. The top is back up to 45 I offered 38 so it’s $7 which is close to shipping. I would have done the offer of $40 but didn’t want to pay that much for shipping. Teacher salary! Sorry if you got upset.

jessh716 @sippisourous I don’t know if you have sold anything on here before but poshmark takes a big cut off the top. So I go by what it tells me I earn after they take their share. I do this to recoup some of what I pay for something if I end up not wearing it after a while, not to make a profit like a lot of people on here. And I get it, freelance artist over here. I’ll be posting more stuff this week if you want to wait and see if you would like to bundle to make the shipping less painful

jessh716 Also if you haven’t sold on here yet, just to give you an idea. The sweater cost me $78 plus tax. I set the price at $45. Poshmark takes $9 from that so I end up with 36 which is less than half of what I paid for. If you pay the $45 plus 7 shipping you are still getting it over 30% off. The real winner either way is poshmark unfortunately

Free People can have really weird sizing so if you don’t mind I’m going to try it on when I get home. I’m concerned it may be too tight in the bust. 😢 Thank you for checking in with me. Appreciate!
