bryantjl83 @kitfox @irenecase @victoria9980 Is anyone maybe able to tell me how to get a new verification code for adding the proper email address? Poshmark has a random Apple ID email listed for me, and I don’t know how to even check that. I think I was locked out for trying too many times. I’ve emailed support several times, but I need to add my info in order to get the label to ship my first sale. 😥

victoria9980 @bryantjl83 Hi Jaime! No problem. I’ll try to help. Go to your Account Tab (@username) Select My Profile. Select Account Info. Select on your email address. Then, you’re supposed to receive a one-time use verification code to enter on the verification screen. Enter in your new email address. Select Done to save.

bryantjl83 @victoria9980 Crap, yes, this is what I’d been doing, I think, because it still says I’ve requested too many verification codes and to wait. 🤦🏼‍♀️ In fairness to Poshmark, I kept doing it to try to get the info in. Maybe give it a few hours, and try support again? I don’t mind at all to pay for the shipping myself, but I imagine that’s against Poshmark’s policy, to not use the shipping label they send. Hmm. Waiting game then, LOL. But thank you for the reply! And thank you for the shares! ❤️

victoria9980 @bryantjl83 It sounds like you have been locked out. Since you contacted customer support, they’ll get back to you and unlock it. Then, you can change your email. Definitely, it’s a good idea not to send it without the label. If you do, you want get paid because they can’t track the package. I’ll check back with you and see how you’re doing.🙂

bryantjl83 @victoria9980 Support hasn’t done anything. I’ve emailed multiple times over the last 24 hours. I even tried scanning my driver’s license, but since I don’t have access to the email Poshmark has on file (it’s a random Apple ID email), I can’t do anything after scanning it. Is there any other way to contact them?

victoria9980 @bryantjl83 Hi Jaime! I really hate you’re still having problems. I do have an idea. When you tap on contact Poshmark and fill out the information, provide them with an email that they can contact you with. Then, on the explanation area explain to them in detail about the problem and let them know the problem with the email. I’m not sure if you have tried this yet.🙂

bryantjl83 @victoria9980 Thank you—it’s a good idea, but yeah, I sent support my email yesterday. And weirdly, I’m getting messages from Poshmark there. I’m not sure why I’m not getting a new verification code. I’d guess that the more frequently I message, the more time they’ll take to go through them. I did message the buyer. I hate that I can’t get this out. I could’ve dropped it at the post office yesterday morning. I’m so sorry, but thank you SO much for replying. ❤️
