Their sorting machine went down Saturday but its been up and running since this afternoon. She said they have a huge back up but for sure by tomorrow we should see its been shipped. I'm sorry for the delay.💕

curvygurlzrock I am sorry that you are not happy with your purchase. You could have just contacted me and let me know that I forgot to include the belt with your dress. I would have happily sent it to you at my own expense. I will gladly abide by poshmarks decision either way. Maybe next time a purchase isn't as you expected it, you may consider speaking to the seller and try to resolve it before you file a complaint accusing someone of willful misrepresentation. I would have been happy to fix it for you.
