lmslisa Hi Jaimi! This is Lisa. You offered $350 for the Max Mara chocolate brown coat... would you settle on $395? That’s $200 of my listing price. You have great taste - the coat is gorgeous and like new. My Mom got it in Italy for me but it’s to small for me. I cry every time I try it on hoping it works! Haha. shana1319 @zelda118 hey I just got the turtleneck and there are two holes on one side in the front and two in the back. I looked at your pictures and I didn’t see the holes, but they are sadly there. shana1319 @zelda118 I got a bunch of packages today and I’m not sure which one is yours since I broke down the bags and boxes and they went straight in my recycling trash can in my garage. I threw all out before looking at everything because my husband would be mad I did some retail therapy recently. So I didn’t notice the holes until after I was hiding the “ evidence” lol So can you please let me know the best way to send this back to you & get a refund?

zelda118 @shana1319 you need to do it via Poshmark...I am not sure how to do it I am sure there is something on the site that explains how to do it. I have never had any returns before nor have I returned so I am not familiar with it. As of right now they have not withdrawn the money from you - the item must be accepted or returned for them to do so. You will need to go through Poshmark, they will send you a return label to send it to me.

This means a buyer cannot return an item they purchased on Poshmark if the item simply does not fit or they no longer want the item - as long as the seller accurately described the item in the listing. If the buyer receives an item that is not as described within the listing, is sent the wrong item, or is in some other way not as described, the buyer can report

You have 3 days after delivery to inform us if the item has been misrepresented by reporting the problem in the Poshmark app or website with supporting photos. If we verify your claim, we'll send you a label to return the order to the seller and refund your payment. \ Found that by Google. Honestly happy to take it back but I do not know the process
