mitchmuse Regarding your dismal review: I have photos of the jacket prior to shipment. According to Poshmark rules, once the funds are released to the seller, the sale is complete and cannot be reversed for a return or refund. Have a wonderful weekend.

jamay22 @mitchmuse I realize I can not return it now unfortunately I was out of town when it came in, and upon seeing the jacket it is completely shredded in the shoulders and unusable. Disappointed I wasted my money. I hope you are more honest with other products you have available for purchase.

mitchmuse @jamay22 @jamay22 First of all, I’m not dishonest. Poshmark and I show you accepted the order on Oct. 1, then posted a complaint on Oct. 5. You had time to review and contact me if there was an issue. I also have photos of merchandise prior to shipment. No matter what, I have and still continue to obtain 5-star reviews from buyers. I’m sorry you aren’t happy. Have a good day.
