Hi, I saw that you gave me a 2 star rating...the tags should be inside the shorts. I never took them off. There is also a tag on the elastic waste. They were never worn. I am not responsible for the quality of how the shorts are made. Typical American Eagle shorts are thinner and have that texture, and tend to be made like that. I’m sorry you’re not satisfied with your purchase.
