maddiemadness2 @muajali it has three different rows of hooks for you to adjust the size.. start off on the first row and gradually you'll be able to get on the 2nd and then the Third.. I have gotten really great reviews from other customers I have sold Plus from experience also fell in love with it! It's hard to find a waist trainer that is comfortable and will give you results plus safe for your body
