sparcejam @cartersclo365 you have to do it on your end I cannot cancel the purchase unless you were to not ship out for 10 business days after the purchase was made. Believe it’s as simple as finding the purchase on your “sold” tab and pressing “refund”

sparcejam @cartersclo365 wtf are you talking about? NO, you dont HAVE to ship them. If you refrain from shipping them, then I can get the charge refunded after the allotted timeframe (believe it’s 7 business days). There’s no penalty to you if you don’t ship them. I’d very much so rather not be left with purchasing these shoes as once they are in my possession it becomes 10X less likely that I can get it refunded.
