cindykosier Hi, I bought the Cole Hahn pointy toe mule kitten heels. I have a question. Was hot glue or something poured all over the bottom? I am wearing them for the first time and see a few cracks in the sole and have been slipping on the hot glue clumps (or whatever it is). If I know what the substance is and why it’s there, maybe I can get it off. Thanks! Cindy

jamaem @cindykosier hey Cindy! I am so sorry that they are slippery! I am probably a little OCD and the cracking bothered me even though I am sure the shoes still functioned fine with them. I put gorilla glue on the cracks. Maybe try sandpaper? I will google some way to see if it can be removed or to add traction.
