Hello. I take great pride in being a 5*, top seller at Poshmark. I'm sorry that the sweater did not fit as you anticipated. I did want to point out that cotton does not shrink. Have a blessed day and enjoy the gift. Thank you.

@american_pride Hi , thanks for your response. it's ok, I've given the sweater to my girlfriend. However, cotton does shrink and it can shrink up to 20% after the first time it is washed then dried. For your thoughtful response I will give you one star back on the review

@jvittomc Its always good to request measurements just in case they are not listed. I usually note them on the product. It was dry cleaned so anything is possible. It was stored with another XXL and they were the same. Also, you could always contact the seller and give them an opportunity to work with you on a solution. I hope your girlfriend likes the item.
