Is there any reason why I paid for a product from you and not only did you claim you sent the wrong one I haven't even received the wrong one. This is a Christmas present for my mother and I'm putting my trust in someone I don't know and so far I've been let down

@death2exs The item was shipped but the Post Office seems to have lost it. I am sending the correct item tomorrow with 2 day shipping. Poshmark requested that I reach out to you yesterday to request a return once you receive the wrong item. Did you receive the request? Thanks
