911alleycat Hi James. I'm trying to download the shipping label and it says the order of the Enzo shoes has already shipped - which is strange because you just ordered them last night and I hadn't printed out the label yet. I've contacted PoshSupport to see if something got mixed up with the shipping label. Sorry about this. I haven't had this happen to me before.

jamesbleu @911alleycat hi, thanks for the message. I just got an email from Poshmark telling me that there was delivery attempted and I need to pick them up? I am very confused as to what’s happening. Can you let me know? Thank you

911alleycat @jamesbleu something was shipped to you but I don’t know what. I think Poshmark may have mixed up giving the same shipping label to two different people. I haven’t been able to ship your shoes to you because I couldn’t access the label. I guess you need to pick up the package and tell them it’s the wrong item and gave them give you a new label to send whatever it is back. I emailed support to tell them about the label mixup I’m waiting to hear back on what to do. So sorry this happened

911alleycat @jamesbleu Hi there. Poshmark emailed me back. I wrote them explaining that something was sent to you but it wasn’t from me and that I would need a new label because of whatever the mixup was. I noticed in the tracking information it says that “there was no secure place to leave package” so the post office appears to be holding onto whatever package was sent to you. I don’t know if you want to pick it up and let Poshmark know what is happening
