When I check the tracking is shows: Information updated: Feb. 3 Jan. 27 8:20 am Delivered to mailroom Calgary, AB 8:20 am Signature available Download delivery confirmation Jan. 26 8:57 am Item on hold at recipient's request Calgary, AB 8:55 am Out for delivery Calgary, AB I mailed the item the day it was ordered and hope Poshmark can locate your parcel and reverse the 1 star review given for a situation beyond my control.

jameshueser @refinedfinds absolutely! I’m so sorry for leaving the 1-star but I’m having a hell of a time getting Poshmark involved - will definitely update once this gets sorted out! Thanks for your response! I would update the review right now so that it’s not on your page, but I don’t want Poshmark to see it and think I’ve actually received the sweater 🤦🏼‍♂️
