metac14 OK I heard from support but it didn’t answer my question so this is what I’m going to do, if this is OK with you. I sent a black polo shirt, just not the right one. You can keep that shirt for the trouble and inconvenience. And tomorrow I will mail off the black polo shirt you ordered! I am so sorry, this is the first time I’ve ever done something like this. I will send the other shirt priority mail and I will message you tomorrow with the tracking number. Again I apologize! Thanks, Traci
