7ofnine I decided to keep the purse, however, I'm disappointed in you as a seller. Even if you didn't see the 1" rip on the bag, you never even apologized. Even though the rip can be seen in your own ad. I discovered the flaw the first day I got this purse. You had this purse for what...days, weeks, months or years? As your customer, I'm trusting your word on the condition of an item I'm buying. You should always give every item you're selling a thorough exam before shipping. THAT'S NO WAY 2 DO BUSINESS
