Hi Jami, I am sorry your package arrived that way! It was freshly washed and fresh. The only thing I can think of is it was raining that week and maybe the package got damp. I will gladly refund your money. All you have to do is open a case with Poshmark and they will email you a label. I do not send dirty items.
