devinungrue Hi! I know I shipped you the wrong item, I accidentally switched the shipping labels on two of my packages! I am so sorry for the inconvenience! I tried canceling the order on my end but I cannot. The other buyer that received your item has put the order into a “case for review” where Poshmark has to approve of the return of the items so if you can do that for your order that would be great and I’ll ship out the correct items ASAP!

devinungrue @sassysagcb I’m not 100% sure.. it looked like they reported as receiving the wrong item when they asked to return the order. Because it was delivered three days ago they automatically released your payment into my account, and I’m hoping they can take it back out until I have both items returned to me and send the correct items to you both!

devinungrue @sassysagcb the issue is now, it is passed the 72 hours so the payment was released to me and I don’t think you can report a problem. I have already emailed the poshmark support email.

sassysagcb @devinungrue ok thanks. I was out of the country and usually accept the item once I physically have it to ensure it's been accounted for. My only concern is that the other person isn't wearing my shoes or have possibly damaged them.

devinungrue @sassysagcb so the other buyer has been approved to return the package they received, poshmark gave them the shipping label. I am still waiting to here from them about our case because your package has been deemed delivered and the pay was already released. I wish there was an easier way to fix this situation!

I can ship things the next day you place your order & Usps won’t have the item updated until 3-5 days later & Poshmark will still send a reminder just a heads up so you don’t blame the next seller! I did ship this on time but unfortunately the shipping carrier did not update the tracking for you to see that. Enjoy your sweater hun!
